Service Timo is a productivity service that helps users plan tasks in units of time and record the actual time spent performing them. The Service may provide features such as task management, tag and memo management, timers and timeboxing, data storage, and synchronization across devices. The Operator may modify or discontinue the Service for service improvement, security, or compliance with laws and regulations. Important changes will be notified in advance to the extent reasonably possible. 5. User Data Users retain the rights to the data they enter, and the Operator does not claim ownership of such data. The Operator may process user data to the extent necessary to provide the Service, synchronize and back up data, ensure security, provide customer support, and improve the Service. The Operator does not sell user data or provide it to third parties for advertising purposes, except where the user has given consent or where there is a legal basis under applicable law. Deleted data may not be recoverable. 10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the use of the Service unless caused by the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Where liability for damages is recognized, the Operator’s liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the user for the Service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. 14.
